DIY Leave-In Hair Conditioner Recipe
- 1 part rinse-out hair conditioner
- 3 parts filtered or bottled water
- Shake both ingredients in a clean spray bottle.
- Use it just as you would store-bought leave-in conditioner.
See why it’s no big deal if it feels like you can’t rinse off all of your hair conditioner?

Have you ever had a Leave-In conditioner that is just too heavy? I have and then I tried this:
I Used It Like A Rinse-Out Conditioner
I have tried this with two leave-ins and it works amazingly well! As good if not better than, rinse-out.
It makes my hair so soft, shiny, manageable, (sorry, I sound like a commercial) and well-conditioned.
I hate throwing away perfectly good things and am always looking for new ways to use them up. I am the official “user upper” in the house!
